Role Summary

The Project Manager – Integration & Data Management will lead the planning, execution,
and delivery of technology projects focused on enterprise integration, API-led connectivity, and
data platform initiatives including ETL, MDM, and CDP.
This role requires a strong understanding of modern integration platforms, data management
practices, and agile delivery. You will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical
Leads, and client stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time, and high-quality project delivery
within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for integration and data programs using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations aligned with Solutionara’s delivery framework.
  • Coordinate with architecture, development, and QA teams to ensure timely execution of milestones.
  • Maintain clear documentation of project scope, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Track progress and manage changes using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and
    Monday.com.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and status reviews.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly and proactively to clients and leadership.
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional and distributed teams (onshore/offshore).

Risk,Quality & Governance

  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks through proactive issue tracking and escalation.
  • Ensure adherence to Solutionara’s delivery standards, governance model, and documentation processes.
  • Drive quality assurance and validation activities in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Track delivery KPIs and report on metrics such as schedule adherence, defect density, and sprint velocity.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and motivate project team members, promoting accountability and ownership.
  • Coordinate with resource management and functional leads for staffing and onboarding.
  • Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinement.
  • Support knowledge sharing, training, and best practice adoption across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  •  8–12 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on integration and data management initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects involving API/middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services) and data systems (e.g., ETL, CDP,
    MDM).
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint and release planning.
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and integration patterns.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
